1. Food and Drink
- Outside Items: No outside food or drink is permitted on the premises, except for baby food/milk and items for children with specific dietary needs or allergies (which must be consumed in designated areas).
- Nut-Free Facility: We operate a strict nut-free zone. Do not bring any products containing nuts onto the premises.
- On-Site Café & Safety: Food and beverages are available for purchase at our café. Hot drinks are strictly prohibited in the play areas. Only sealed, non-alcoholic drinks are permitted in the seating areas.
- Parties: Outside cakes or party food are only permitted for private bookings and must be pre-approved by management.
2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
- Advance Booking: Advance booking is recommended. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled slot.
- Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellations made at least [X] hours/days prior to the visit are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within [X] hours/days of the booking, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Venue Rights: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be notified as soon as possible.
3. Photography and Media
- Personal photography and video recording of your own children are permitted, provided the privacy of other guests is respected.
- Flash photography, professional recording, and filming or photographing other children without explicit consent are strictly prohibited.
4. Liability and Supervision
- Supervision: Parents or guardians retain full responsibility for the supervision, safety, and behavior of their children at all times.
- Assumption of Risk: By entering the facility, guests accept inherent risks associated with soft play activities. The venue is not liable for injuries resulting from a failure to adhere to posted rules or staff instructions.
- Personal Belongings: The venue accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
5. Dress Code and Hygiene
- Footwear: Socks must be worn by all children and adults entering the play area at all times.
- Attire: Children should wear comfortable clothing free of zippers, toggles, buttons, or sharp elements.
- Accessories: Jewelry, watches, and loose accessories are prohibited on the play equipment to prevent injury or entanglement.
6. Conduct and Staff Authority
- Behavior: Respectful behavior is required. Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior toward staff or other guests will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
- Staff Instructions: Guests must comply with all instructions given by venue staff. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any individual violating venue policies.
7. Emergency Procedures
- Guests must follow all emergency signage and staff directives during an evacuation or incident.
- First aid trained staff are on site. All injuries or incidents must be reported to a staff member immediately.
8. Parties and Private Events
- Booking & Deposits: Event bookings require a [X]% deposit at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due [on the day of the event / X days prior].
- Capacity: Events are limited to the maximum capacity stated in the package. Additional guests will incur extra charges and require prior approval.
9. Memberships and Loyalty Programs
- Memberships are non-transferable and subject to a [X]-day written cancellation notice.
- Membership privileges may be revoked immediately upon violation of venue rules or Terms & Conditions.
10. Quiet Hours and Sensory Sessions
- During designated sensory-friendly or quiet sessions, all visitors are asked to maintain a low-noise, calm environment to accommodate guests with sensory sensitivities.
